How to Register

New to the Corporate Cup Relays? Here's everything you need to know to get your team signed up.

Check for an Existing Team

If your company already has a team competing in the CCR, reach out to your team captain directly for information on joining. Some teams have set up their own websites for online member registration.

Contact the Meet Organizer

Captains registering a new CCR team should get in touch with the meet organizer or the MWCAA President to begin the registration process.

Choose Your Division

Teams are placed into one of three divisions based on the number of employees a captain petitions to form their team. Review the division breakdown below and compete against companies of a similar size.

Division I

Company Size

Over 10,000 employees

Large corporations competing for the premier division championship title.

2025 Champion: Stellantis

Division

Division II

Company Size

1,000 – 10,000 employees

Mid-size companies competing in a balanced and highly competitive bracket.

2025 Champion: Nissan

Division

Division III

Company Size

Under 1,000 employees

Smaller organizations bringing big energy to the track and field.

Registration Notes

Existing Teams

If your company already has a participating CCR team, contact your team captain directly for joining information. Do not register a duplicate team.

Online Registration

Some teams have set up their own websites to enable online registration for team members. Check with your team captain to see if this option is available for your company.

Waiver Required

All participants must complete a signed meet waiver before competing. Download the waiver from the Events page and submit it to your team captain.

2026 Race Date

Mark your calendar — the next Corporate Cup Relays takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Anderson Middle School in Berkley, MI.
